Refunds, Returns, and Credits Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are provided.

By placing an order for any product offered by any of our brands, you agree to the terms of this Refunds, Returns, and Credits Policy.


1. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges as a matter of right. This policy applies to all products.


2. Discretionary Returns, Credits, or Refunds

At our sole and absolute discretion, we may approve a return, issue store credit, or provide a refund in limited circumstances. Any such accommodation is voluntary, exceptional, and does not create any right or expectation of future refunds, returns, or credits. Approval of one request does not obligate us to approve any other request.


3. Restocking Fee

If a return, credit, or refund is approved, it may be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee, deducted from any approved credit or refund. The restocking fee reflects costs associated with inspection, handling, regulatory compliance, and reprocessing. Shipping, handling, and other fees are non-refundable.


4. Conditions of Approved Returns

If a return is approved, the product must:

  • Be authorized in advance;
  • Be returned in original condition and packaging; and
  • Comply with all instructions provided at the time of approval.

We reserve the right to refuse, reduce, or deny any credit or refund if returned products do not meet these conditions.


5. Defective, Non-Conforming, or Incorrect Products

Where applicable law requires a remedy for products that are defective, materially non-conforming, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied due to our error, we will provide the legally required remedy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, remedies may be limited to replacement, repair, or other corrective action rather than a refund.


6. Maximum Extent Permitted by Law

This policy applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable federal and state law. No discretionary provision applies where prohibited by law.


7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of purchasing privileges. We reserve the right to submit this policy and relevant transaction records to payment processors and financial institutions in response to disputes.


8. Policy Updates

We may modify or update this policy at any time. The version posted on our websites at the time an order is placed governs that transaction.
